With 20 years of corporate law experience working in the Sydney CBD, we now partner with businesses and private clients local to the Park and Hills suburbs, including Oran Park, Harrington Park, Edmondson Park, Gregory Hills, Gledswood Hills, Emerald Hills and beyond.

Meet James

Our principal, James H. Nguyen is a multi-award winning lawyer who has spent 20 years in the CBD working at law firms like DLA Piper and Gilbert + Tobin, to banks like NAB and Rabobank, to leading legal teams as Head of Legal at Ticketek and General Counsel & Company Secretary at a fintech startup.

Outside of Park & Hills, James loves spending time with his young family. He is also an experienced non-executive director and serves as Chair of the Westmead Hospital Foundation. He is also a member of the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee. Previously, he has served on the Refugee Advice & Casework Service board as well as the Dean’s Advisory Council at UNSW Law School.
